hi, does intel-hda work without problems for you? try plugging in headphones. i updated my alsa to mercurial (cvs version) and added crucial option "options snd-hda-intel model=acer-aspire" to /etc/modprobe.d/sound and now my sound card works flawlessly. i won't need these files, but thank you anywa...

acer 5920 alsa configuration
hello, can someone post working alsa configuration files for acer 5920g (intel-hda integrated sound card) because i have a problem with getting it to work perfectly. sound works but not ideally.
