problemi al boot

Ciao a tutti, mi sono appena registrato e subito vi disturbo:-) con il seguente problema: in fase di boot della mia nuova 9.1 mi si presentano vari errori alcuni dei quali sono: - insmod /lib/modules/2.4.22/kernel/drivers/char/i810-rng.o.gz: init_module: no such device - insmod /lib/modules/2.4.22/kernel/drivers/char/i810-rng.o.gz: init_module: Hint: insmod errors can because by incorrect module e altri che non posso ricordare visto che lo schermo scorre troppo veloce. Grazie per le risposte. ps. ho un HD cosi partizionato hd1 / mdk, hd2 swap, hda3 /home (condivisa anche con slack), e hda4 / slack

i810_rng dovrebbe gestire il generatore casuale di numeri del chipset Intel 810 che magari è sulla tua scheda madre. Eventualmente metti il modulo in /etc/hotplug/blacklist così da evitare il caricamento.

Intanto grazie per la risposta (anche per l´altro post) e visto che non sono molto pratico di slack e linux in generale, mi potresti dire in parole semplici a cosa serve i810_rng e cosa succede in pratica se evito di caricarlo al boot? Grazie ancora.

Ho trovato questo ( <a href="http://www.slacky.it/misto/sospeso/i810_rng.txt">i810_rng</a> ) secondo me se lo disabiliti non dovresti areve problemi, molti in rete hanno lo stesso problema e risolvono tutti sistemando il modulo nella blacklist :-?
