Regole del forum
1) Citare sempre la versione di Slackware usata, la versione del Kernel e magari anche la versione della libreria coinvolta. Questi dati aiutano le persone che possono rispondere.
2) Per evitare confusione prego inserire in questo forum solo topic che riguardano appunto Gnu/Linux in genere, se l'argomento è specifico alla Slackware usate uno dei forum Slackware o Slackware64.
3) Leggere attentamente le risposte ricevute

5) Scrivere in Italiano o in Inglese, se possibile grammaticalmente corretto, evitate stili di scrittura poco chiari, quindi nessuna abbreviazione tipo telegramma o scrittura stile SMS o CHAT.
6) Appena registrati è consigliato presentarsi nel forum dedicato.

La non osservanza delle regole porta a provvedimenti di vari tipo da parte dello staff, in particolare la non osservanza della regola 5 porta alla cancellazione del post e alla segnalazione dell'utente. In caso di recidività l'utente rischia il ban temporaneo.

Aggiungo Trotto se vuoi confrontare il tuo about:support col mio postalo pure, magari ci do un'occhiata.

Trovato un video in cui si spiega che "webm" vp9 attivato riproduce via software, su linux, li consigliavano di impostare così:

Più tardi ti posto uno screen del mio. La mia CPU non va mai sopra il 10% durante la riproduzione di video HTML 5 tramite browser.

Ma da voi gira bene la versione 60.0?

Qui fa veramente pena rispetto alla versione 59: più lento e instabile - crash continui col backend alsa e blocchi sporadici con pulseaudio.

Non so bene come se ho backend pulseaudio o alsa, penso pulseaudio, ma non ho constatato crash blocchi ecc ecc.

Ho qualche dubbio sull'impostazione dell'accelerazione hardware però:
mi pare che nel tuo caso Trotto tu non l'abbia abilitata o sbaglio?
Il tuo sembra uguale al mio primo report: "compositing basic" e voci "hw:compositing" disabilititato.

Se dal mio about:support vedete qualche impostazione che potrebbe essere migliorata fate sapere eh.

No, ai crash continui.

Qui con la gpu intel non ho problemi di carico durante la riproduzione video sul browser: la frequenza della cpu rimane al minimo (800Mhz) e da li non si schioda.

Non ne capisco molto... però nel mio caso anche se la frequenza rimane al minimo l'occupazione della cpu è alta...segno che la gpu lavora poco o nulla.

Il mio sistema non è in grado di decodificare in hw il codec vp9, ma la cpu tiene bene - lavora sempre al minimo di frequenza - almeno fino ai 1080p. Non so però che codec di default usano su youtube(vp9?).
