Problema accelerazione 3d

Regole del forum
1) Citare sempre la versione di Gslacky usata, la versione del Kernel e magari anche la versione della libreria coinvolta. Questi dati aiutano le persone che possono rispondere.
2) Citare se discussione/suggerimento o richiesta d'aiuto.
3) Leggere attentamente le risposte ricevute.
4) Scrivere i messaggi con il colore di default, evitare altri colori.
5) Scrivere in Italiano o in Inglese, se possibile grammaticalmente corretto, evitate stili di scrittura poco chiari, quindi nessuna abbreviazione tipo telegramma o scrittura stile SMS o CHAT.
6) Appena registrati è consigliato presentarsi nel forum dedicato.

La non osservanza delle regole porta a provvedimenti di vari tipo da parte dello staff, in particolare la non osservanza della regola 5 porta alla cancellazione del post e alla segnalazione dell'utente. In caso di recidività l'utente rischia il ban temporaneo.

Allora, come da topic ho problemi ad avviarla...questi sono i miei dati:
-Slackware64 13.0
-GNOME 2.26.3 (versione per Slackware64), scaricata da gnomeslackbuild.org ed installata perfettamente
-driver proprietario ufficiale ati-driver-installer-9-10-x86.x86_64.run, installato seguendo QUESTA GUIDA: ho dato il comando

e poi i 2 comandi

tutto è andato apparentemente a buon fine,

Ma poi la guida continua, dice di modificare il file /etc/X11/xorg.conf che io non ho, al suo posto ce n'è un altro: /etc/X11/xorg.conf-vesa. In ogni caso ho modificato il file xorg.conf-vesa da così:

Praticamente ho aggiunto ciò che mancava, ovvero:
a Section "Module" la stringa

e poi ho aggiunto per intero la Section "DRI" che proprio mancava:

Come minimo perché il tuo ha un busID diverso dal suo. Se non hai più d'una scheda video (compresa l'eventuale integrata nella motherboard), dovrebbe non essere necessario specificarlo.
Con Slackware 13.0, xorg.conf non "sarebbe" necessario (per questo non è presente in /etc/X11), e lo è di fatto solo se e nella misura in cui vuoi forzare i parametri scelti da xorg, basati sul rilevamento che fa dell'hardware tramite hal.

non avresti dovuto copiare il mio xorg.conf ma dopo aver generato il tuo avresti dovuto solo copare le voci di opzione nelle opportune sezioni ad esempio
