1) diciamo che è come mi aspettavo, l'etichetta è x86 perché è la directory in cui viene posto il bzImage, negli ultimi kernel sia che sia compilato a 64 o 32 bit viene messo sempre nella dir x86. Sistemerò anche questo piccolo dettaglio assegnando l'arch x86_64 per differenziarlo da x86

Perchè non fargli leggere il valore riguardante l'architettura presente nel file di configurazione? Risulterebbe anche più preciso, distinguendo una compilazione per i486 con una i686 o x86_64

dovresti provare, a creare tutti e tre i tipi di pacchetti: kernel-image, kernel-headers e kernel-source ... grazie

Basta modificare la stringa affinchè prenda "asm-generic"
