problema con firmware

ciao a tutti

<BR>non riesco a caricare il firmware del modulo ipw2100, relativo alla wireless del mio centrino, ho installato e compilato il modulo secondi le istruzioni, idem x il firmware, il kernel è configurato coime richiesto nel file INSTALL, eppure quando do il comando

<BR>apparentemente va tutto ok ma guardando dmesg vedo:
