problemi con compiz fusion e driver intel i 810

ho installato i nuovi pacchetti di loris e tutte le dipendenze..
e dando il comando...
compiz --replace ccp &

emerald replace &
mi restituisce il seguente errore:

il mio driver però è una versione precedente a quella distribuita con slackware 12 e ricompilata per la 12.

Per avviare e arrestare compiz uso sempre questo script:

a..... per i driver io sto usando questo ..xf86-video-i810-1.7.4-i486-1 dovrebbe essere l'ultimo, credo .........e fila tutto liscio...

anche da me funziona, pero ho problemi con le trasparenze nel senso che c'è una cornice bianca sui menu, bar etc. (stasera magari posto uno screenshot), mimmoforlug erano questi i problemi che ti dava il driver default ?
ho confrontato col vostro xorg.conf, con o senza exa ma niente

La mia scheda intel è stata oggetto di un altra discussione su questo forum. Comunque i problemi degli ultimi driver intel per X sono problemi grossi che non hanno nulla a che vedere con compiz: continui crash, blocchi del sistema e impossibilità di vedere i filmati con xv di mplayer o xine.

Se spariscono le decorazioni delle finestre allora non è presente emerald o le sue dipenenze. Eventualmente si potrebbe utilizzare kde-window-decorator, ma anche io ho sperimentato i bordi bianchi dovuti alle ombre (disabilitandole nel ccsm va tutto bene, ma le ombre sono carine).

Il mio script, naturalmente, non è necessario ed è anche molto spartano. Lo utilizzo, collegandolo ad una icona nel pannello pricipale, solo per avviare e arrestare compiz ed emerald (non li tengo sempre attivi). In realtà per utilizzarlo bisogna impostare kde affinché non salvi la sessione ogni volta che si esce. Ma, tutte queste informazioni si possono trovare con un search nel forum.

Ti ringrazio ho messo le dipendenze di emerald ma mi compaiono i bordi delle finestre bordo carine per carità ma se volessi cambiarle??? da kde non va!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ho un problemino con xine se cerco di far partire in divx e muovo il cubo l'immagine si sovrappone al cubo non rimane attaccata come le altre finetre come posso fare

Potrebbe essere dovuto ad un effetto...Però detto così non vuole dire molto...
