slack10 e masterizzazione cd su laptop

Salve a tutti,
<BR>ho installato slack 10 e kernel 2.6.7 su un fujitsu siemens con masterizzatore cd e lettore dvd.
<BR>Sto provando a masterizzare semplici CD dati ma ottengo sempre degli errori.
<BR>Sto lavorando da root.
<BR>In fstab ho la riga: /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom iso9660 noauto,user,rw 0 0
<BR>cdrom è un link a hdd

<BR>Tramite K3b vedo che il masterizzatore è riconosciuto ma quando vado a scrivere qualcosa ottengo il seguente messaggio:

non noto niente di strano in quel messaggio, è tutto a posto. che problema hai di preciso?<br>

Il problema è che quando metto dentro il cd rw compare una popup che mi dice di inserire un cd; allora forzo la scrittura e alla fine mi esce questo log con errore 225 e la richiesta di invio del log stesso agli sviluppatori di k3b<br>

Veramente non ho provato ma usando un altro pc con slack e lo stesso cd ho sempre errori.
